Is there a teacher, educator, mentor or friend in your life who made a difference? Maybe it's a teacher who taught you to read or a mentor that gave you the courage to follow your dreams. Most people have someone in their life who made an impact. Now you can be that person!

As an educator, you'll have the opportunity to shape and mold future leaders in our society. Whether you decide to teach students in a classroom or educate professionals in the boardroom, you'll help others recognize their full potential.

The College of Charleston is a great place to study because we are dynamically connected to the city. You'll have so many opportunities to get involved with one of the many nearby schools, whether you're leading a service-learning project, collaborating with faculty on research projects or getting hands-on experience working at an after-school program.
